Landscape Management In operation since 1985, our landscape management division provides ongoing care for properties throughout Southern California. Our typical offerings include water management, pruning/trimming/mowing, and reworking color schemes for seasonal looks or just to satisfy a whim. Our company is proud to have developed a reputation for esthetic excellence, as demonstrated in awards for our work. For example, since 1982, we've received numerous honors from the beautification awards program of the California Landscape Contractors Association. More important even than that, though, is another kind of honor: the growing number of new customers gained as a result of referrals by satisfied customers. Who We Are D&S Kuhn, Inc. is a team of dedicated professionals with years of experience in coordinating, strategizing and negotiating every aspect of residential construction projects specifically to aid owners when building a custom home or undertaking a major remodeling. Mission As an Owner’s Representative, we always put the owner’s interests and needs first. We strive to simplify the construction process, reduce overall spending and keep within the scheduled timeframe to make the owner’s dream home a reality. Shelia Kuhn As President and Founder, Shelia created the company to fill a critical role she realized was missing in the residential custom home industry: representation for the owner in the capacity of project management. Shelia is experienced in both residential and commercial construction, and is a former COO and investor of a privately held company. Philosophy Our team believes that building or remodeling a home can be a positive experience for the owners. With our collective knowledge and experience, we develop a systematic, step-by-step process that is easy for the owner to follow. We educate and communicate while proactively building positive working relationships between all parties involved in the project. Throughout the entire process we reinforce the owner’s vision in order to maintain that the project is successfully completed, and make the dream into a reality.

I have a great passion for architectural photography and over twenty four years experience as a professional photographer.  I have an Associate Degree in photography from Ivy Tech Community College and a B.A. in business from Franklin College.  I love to travel and enjoy the opportunity to work with architects, construction companies and property managers across the country.  I work hard to provide the highest quality images for every client on every job.  I look forward to helping you fulfill your project photography needs.
