The Raffle is open to Southern California residents only. HOW TO ENTER: Raffle tickets may be purchased at the Project Playhouse Village located in the Edwards Courtyard at the Irvine Spectrum Center at 71 Fortune Drive, Irvine, California 92614. Tickets may also be purchased by calling HomeAid Orange County at 949.553.9510.

Raffle promoters and/or HomeAid Orange County are not responsible for lost or stolen entries. Raffle entries will be disqualified, in the sole discretion of HomeAid Orange County, if attempts are made to disrupt the Raffle or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If the above occurs, HomeAid Orange County reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner, determined solely by HomeAid Orange County that is fair and equitable to Raffle participants. The Raffle Numbers and Prizes are not transferable or assignable and they are not redeemable for cash. All winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or licenses and/or other related local, State, Federal fees that may apply to such winnings. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners. HomeAid Orange County reserves the right to replace the advertised prize(s) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize(s) is/are no longer available. HomeAid Orange County will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen elements of any prize package. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligi- bility requirements in this Raffle.

Winners will be selected by random drawing on Friday, November 11, 2011 at approximately 9pm at the HomeAid Orange County 20th Anniversary Project Playhouse Celebration & Auction taking place at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, CA. All decisions by HomeAid Orange County are final and binding. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone which notification will be determined in the sole discretion of HomeAid Orange County. The winner may be required to provide HomeAid Orange County with proper identifica- tion and other proof that he or she is the holder of the winning raffle ticket. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for HomeAid Orange County to use the winner's names, photo- graphs, likenesses, voices, addresses (only city and state), and testimonials, in print, broadcast, or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other raffle and/or promotion sponsored by them without further compensation.

CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of HomeAid Orange County, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. HomeAid Orange County and the sponsors of the raffle prize, Ferguson Enter- prises, Famosa Tile, Epic Stone and Hartmark Cabinets and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner; or (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties resulting from participation in this Raffle of otherwise; (iv) errors in transmission; (v) any condition caused by events beyond the control of HomeAid Orange County that may cause the Raffle to be disrupted or corrupted; (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Raffle; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Raffle.

The Raffle shall be construed and governed by, and any and all actions or claims in any way related to this Raffle are subject to, the federal laws and regulations of the United States , the state laws and regulations of the State of California , and local laws and regulations of the County of Orange, California. Any and all actions or claims in any way related to this Raffle shall be filed in the courts of the State of California , County of Orange . By Providing an Entry to this Raffle, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California in the United States for any and all actions or claims in any way related to this Raffle, and expressly agree that such actions or claims are subject to the federal laws and regulations of the United States, the state laws and regulations of the State of California, and local laws and regulations of the County of Orange, California. HomeAid Orange County may prohibit you from participating in the Raffle, if at the sole discretion of HomeAid Orange County, you repeatedly show a disregard for the Raffle Official Rules, or act (1) in an unsportsmanlike manner; (2) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other player or a representative of HomeAid Orange County; or (3) in any other disruptive manner.

RELEASES. By participating, entrants agree that HomeAid Orange County, those involved in the development, production, implementa- tion and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Raffle, including entry and participation in this Raffle and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participa- tion in this Raffle, they will indemnify HomeAid Orange County from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. HomeAid Orange County shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis- delivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Raffle. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Raffle will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. HomeAid Orange County reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Raffle should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Raffle. HomeAid Orange County further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Raffle in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.

FURTHER ASSURANCES. The winner shall execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered such further agreements and documents and take such other acts as may be reasonably requested by HomeAid Orange County in order to reflect the precise terms, conditions and restrictions upon which the prize will be awarded and carry out the intent and purpose of these Official Rules. In the event that the winner fails to execute such additional documents or agreements within five (5) days after receipt of a written request by HomeAid Orange County, the winner may be deemed ineligible to claim the prize and an alternate winner may be selected, at HomeAid Orange Country's sole and absolute discretion.
